All Saints Day is a Holy Day of Obligation. Vigil Mass will be held at 5:15 on Thursday, October 31st. Holy Day Masses will be at 8:30 am and 7:00 pm on November 1st. There will be NO 5:15 Mass on November 1st.

St. John Paul II Parish Knights of Columbus Council 12613 are sponsoring a Clam Cake & Chowder Dinner on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 6:00 PM (after 4:30 pm) in the church hall. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $6.00 for children under $6.00 and $30 for a family (maximum of two adults). Tickets are available after masses and at the rectory during business hours.

ALTAR GUILD St. John Paul II Parish is going to revive an old tradition called "The Altar Guild." The purpose of the guild is to help keep God's house neat and clean. Some of the chores would include: washing altar cloths and altar linens, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning candle holders and water fonts, and whatever needs to get done to keep our main church, the St. Leo's daily chapel and the Adoration chapel up to the standards God's house deserves. If you can spare one (1) hour a week on Friday afternoon from 3;30 to 4:30 pm or if you would like to help but cannot make this time, please call Marge Pike at 401-722-7605.

The Adult Choir will also begin practice on Thursday September 12th from 7:30-8:30 in the school cafeteria. If you enjoy singing from the pew each week, why not consider sharing your joy of singing by joining our Adult Choir. We are in need of more voices. We have a wonderful group of members and would welcome new additions with open arms! Please consider joining us!

YOUTH CHOIR The St. John Paul II Youth Choir will begin practice on Thursday, September 12th from 6:30-7:30 in the school cafeteria. All students from grades 1 and up are invited. Please consider joining our wonderful choir! We need new elementary and middle school voices most of all! If you are unable to come on Sept. 12th you are welcome to join on any Thursday night. If you love to sing it’s a perfect opportunity to share your talent and have fun at the same time! This is our tenth year, we would like to keep this wonderful tradition going strong for many more years to come. Parents, please encourage your child to consider joining!
